At Glassy Mountain Bread, we believe great things take time. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, our micro-bakery focuses on the ancient art of sourdough, using a patient 24 to 48-hour fermentation process to develop deep flavor and a perfect, airy crumb.

Every loaf is handcrafted in small batches using only organic flour, filtered water, sea salt, and our wild mountain culture Rakkenji-based starter—made from carrots, white yam, apple, and rice—allowing bread to rise slowly, digest gently, and nourish deeply.


This is bread for strength, balance, and living well.
